@starbright144 the results are mind blowing & I’m only 30 days in. You have to find your vices, and give them up for the 60 days. My mind is clearer. My emotions are calm & in check. I’m vibrating at a much higher frequency than I have in awhile. I am focused on manifestations, meditation & I feel the shift in my life, and relationships.

@@christymalia clarification: I eat one to two healthy meals per day & drink a cold pressed juice every morning. I gave up coffee, sugar, wine, carbs. Only doing fruits, fish & veggies. Journaling & meditating way more. I cannot go without food lady 😝
