In a way, ya. This was the pioneering of a new direction for the techno genre, with Jungle/DnB coming off of one end, and harder techno/bouncy techno in the other direction. Eventually leading to early sounds of British Hardcore (before it had adopted the term 'happy hardcore'). But yes, these early imagination tracks paved the way!

@@Metisp, exactly. There were so many pioneers that paved the way with that "NEW sound" like LA STYLE, RTZ BELGIUM, LORDS OF ACID, PRAGA KHAN, KLF, and tons more. The early 90s definitely began the rise of techno, trance, euro, and so much more. Memories.
