It took a supernatural smack upside my head for God to wake me up. His love and patience is amazing. He brought me to him, and I am so thankful. That moment has changed my entire life and outlook on everything. I am learning so much but still have so much to learn. I struggle to sense the Holy spirit though or to hear him. It might be that I never get any quiet time, though. By the time I would, I am so exhausted that I fall asleep, but he does seem to have other ways that he gets my attention. He is truly amazing.

Sadly, I have tremendous pain in every joint of my body. My hip is being replaced within the next 2 months. I have been taking pain medication but not so much that I can’t get out! Wow! Coming back to re-listen to this one because of something I have seen coming up in the news, but the 1st 12 mins of it is so good! A few years ago, either late, 2020, or early 2021, the Lord spoke to me on the topic of discernment of the very public figures teaching God's word. Honestly, not just them, but on being suspicious, period. The Lord really gave me understanding through the words "useless speculation" in a verse in either 1 or 2nd Timothy in the NLT. Basically, if we are making judgments of a person's motives, we are uselessly speculating. Only God can see their heart. We can't judge people based on what we fear their motives could be, because we will have to make assumptions to do so (speculating). We must prayerfully take every word/ message to God and allow Him to help us hold tight to what is good (from Him) and let loose of what is not. Only God is good, period. God doesn't need our help judging the motives of others. Yes, we should always challenge any teaching that is publicly taught if it isn't in alignment with God's word, that it can't lead other's astray, but we should steer clear of directly calling out the messenger and instead allow the Lord to challenge the lies with His truth gracefully. So often people quote this verse, you'll know them by their fruit-but the truth is in our day and age we so often feel like we know people that we don't really know at all! We may simply know the picture the media has painted or that they have been successful in painting via social media of theirself. We lack the true understanding needed to actually know their fruits firsthand, so instead, we can test the fruits the wisdom of their teachings produce in our own life in these cases. If your understanding of the teaching has come from the Lord and you put it to practice, then it will produce His fruit in your own life. Another thing to consider is just because someone may have wrong motives, it doesn't mean God can't give us useful nuggets of truth or blessing through them. Think of the Apostle Paul's letter to the Philippians and his attitude towards those who were preaching the gospel with wrong motives. He pretty much said it doesn't matter as long as they are spreading the gospel truth. What about Balaam in the old Testament and the blessing God used him to speak over Israel, though he was absolutely not a God-fearing prophet. It's only ourselves we deprive by being so critical. What is even worse is when we wrongly judge a truly God-fearing, fruitful minister, because of useless speculation! We should tread carefully, for Satan is the accuser of the brethren, and to be critical of someone is to stand in accusation of them, which would put us right in the company of the enemy, would it not? I think of Moses's sister and brother and the Lord's reaction to their critique of him! Or David's example with Saul . He still called him the Lord's anointed and avenged the dishonorable death he received. What about Jesus's promise that if you receive a prophet as a prophet, you get a prophet's reward or a righteous man as a righteous man, you get a righteous man's reward. I see why the Lord warns us through our brother Troy of the fear residing in the church, we do act as if we can catch their falsified faith or something. Perhaps we should fear turning up our nose at God's anointed ministers that He means to bless us through. Their gifts are not for them! They are meant for our own building up! It's covetousness, in my opinion, that's the main issue. It goes back to Cain and Abel. What was Cain's real problem? The feeling of inadequacy that his brother's understanding of the Lord brought on. What if, instead, he'd humbled himself and gotten vulnerable either with God or perhaps even Abel, and asked for wise counsel so that he too may understand what the Lord desired of him. Don't we still make the same exact mistake? One day, the loss we'll experience from the blessings we have despised because of our own insecurities that our envy has produced will indeed be great. The reward opportunity is equivalent for messenger and receiver alike! Jesus said you'll be rewarded as the prophet is rewarded for receiving the word God gave Him to speak! If there is an opportunity for reward, this means there is also an opportunity for loss. the apostle Paul did warn that though we'll receive no punishment for the judgment of our work, we will experience great loss. He said great! I don't know about anyone else, but I don't want to experience great loss at the bema seat of Christ. I don't want to one day face the fact that I often murdered my own brothers and sisters in my heart as Cain murdered Abel. Jesus said if we're hate them under our new covenant of grace, we are murderers in heart. What is hate if not harbored anger we refuse to deal with? I pray that our eyes be opened in Jesus' name and that enlightenment would come from His wisdom through the truth of His word and by the power of His spirit! I pray that we would be free by the knowing of the truth! The truth is Christ, and He alone sets us free. I pray that we'd humble ourselves and get vulnerable with the Lord, bringing the feelings we're ashamed of before Him that He may help us understand what we misperceive. There's no need for envy, for God is not a respector of persons! I pray for all my brothers and every sister hidden in Christ with me. Lord, may we despise thy word no more, and may we stop defiling thy table! Lord, I pray that we'd never find ourselves in the state of Esau who willingly traded his own birthright 🙏 I pray that your bride would value Your word for the true treasure that it is, and I pray that your bride would joyfully receive the full ministry of the Holy Spirit, themost precious gift people have ever been given, and I pray that through doing both we'd come to know who we truly are in Christ and in turn we would understand who our brothers and sisters are as well. May the loss of this generation be not great that day, please Lord, as we are revived from the dust with thy Holy word!!!! In Jesus' name, do I pray amen 🙏

The Watchman River channel is the best place to ask for prayers especially for your lost loved ones. Tom asks everyone to leave replies on any comment asking for prayer. I see alot of prayers going on within the subscribers for Tom's channel. We consider ourselves family there too. I did pray for those you asked for. Hi Troy, thank you for what you do! I know you shared recently about a CNN host possibly changing their opinion or view. I just saw a report about Fareed Zakaria re-assessing his opinion on what may happen in November and Trump's current trial. I tried to find the specific video but was not successful. God raises up nations and uses them to accomplish His purposes. He's done that all throughout history. He raised up all of the kings and judges of Israel. He's even used other nations to bring judgment upon other nations, like the Babylonians taking the Israelites into captivity as judgment for their idolatry and sinful rebellion against Him. He used Joseph in Egypt to rule over Pharoah's kingdom. God is all about governance because He is the ultimate Ruler. He is King of kings, LORD of lords. He is intimately involved in the politics of nations.

Our job is to pray the will of the Father and Heaven to be manifested on earth….EVERY day and in EVERY situation. After all, it will affect us in some way. He loves to be asked about everything, and treats us as His children.

Wow! Spot on word! Senator Fetterman's recent behavior brought me back here. It's definitely very surprising. Not only him, though, but there was a reporter recently fired from the Hill which is stationed in D.C. for going to far on air. I also saw a Jillian Michaels the very famous workout guru who checks all the "woke" boxes also had a podcast interview recently blow up where she was saying they have gone way too far in California for her to stay. She said if you have gone too far for me to stay- what are you doing? Not saying it's these 3 exactly but definitely pretty interesting. Especially the senator.
