Don't complain to anyone, not even allah. Because allah already knows what you are going through, instead you could ask for guidance and forgive them. But if you can't, ask allah to soften your heart so that you can for and make make dua for them. May allah soften all of our hearts

Alhamdulillah, may Allah bless you for the reminder. If I may add, shaitan is your enemy and does not rest. One of the biggest negative is the negative conversations that are happening constantly in your brain, every second of the day even in your sleep; if you stop and think, you will soon realize you are having a conversation with shaitan and not "whoever" you think you are having the conversation with. Food for thought, it took me years to understand that concept and wanted to share in light of the video above. Jazakum'Allah khairan.....

@@sticksstones7718do what they teach you in CBT therapy Learn to challenge the thoughts. And stop the thoughts. Ie put the glass down. Set a time limit. The change your action to change your mind if you have to. Think of blessings. You are just in this habit today. It is not forever. You can change. And pray lots. And also repent. You got this

I agree with your message, brother. Although there are tests that we have to go through, as my Lord mentions in the Qur'an, 'Do the people think that they say we believe and they will not be tested?' And it's also mentioned that we will be tested with loss of wealth, fruits, and lives. This happens only because Allah, the Most Merciful, wants to separate the truthful from the liars. Thanks brother. I am going through tough time for the past year and nothing good is happening to me. Today I came to know why. These complains, depression, anxiety it's as if like I am complaining all the time. Even to Allah I am complaining and crying but nothing seems to work. As you have said, I have to stop the bleeding first. Forgive all and most of all me. A uncle said to me yesterday to do more and more isteghfar. I will try to do more of them now.
