I’m in a similar situation! I feel like I’ve been using Jesus and God to get to heaven, not because I want a relationship with my creator. I’m a sinner, but I want to turn away from sin and turn to The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

My friend, know that God is all mighty. When we think we sin too much to be forgiven, then we have automatically decided who we think God is. We minimize God's authority, power, grace and mercy, we end up disrespecting God's character. We think we know enough that we become prideful and decide for ourselves wether this sin is too much or not. It is not our decision it is God's. Our sin is not special. We are putting more energy and thought into our actions and emotions and nothing on God therfore when you sin you end up not knowing of Gods grace and mercy. When you spend with God in His presence then you will come to know of His protection against sin, you are not to fight this by yourself but with God himself. Don't lose hope but instead keep your hope in our Creator and keep seek Him. Remember, Jesus did not sacrifice Himself just to say, "no, you have sinned to much". God's love is not human love, it is unconditional. You can do this in love in Christ. God bless you and may you know of His beautiful love! ❤

Relationship can't exist without religion. The Holy Mysteries were made for a reason. The Church is Christ's bride. But yeah, to be honest, I have to actually respect Him more and follow Him.

You can never earn your way into a Heaven its a free gift from God and you are saved by grace through faith alone, or are you saying Gods word is lying? When Jesus will say "I NEVER knew you" it will be most likely directed to religious spirits and people who think their works NOT RELATIONSHIP with Jesus or God the Father will save them, because they relied on the works of a sinner not the works of the perfect life Jesus who is God in flesh did for us on that cross which was a one time one done thing
