As a small comfort; consider that all of the people of the Bible struggled when they walked with God. Hard to walk with God and to feel worthy :) Highest bar there is. Keep going. Trust in him and his character. We all must be purified for a reason (because we are all broken): every one of us. He didn't say it would be easy but he did say he would never forsake us. True. Years ago, I got promoted over my head and felt so inferior and under qualified. I coulda/shoulda relied on the Lord to have that confidence to fill the role back then. But at least I can make that change to rely on him going forward to make up for my human shortcomings and inadequacies. And to realize it's not all 'me', but a partnership with him. I was just watching a group of damselflies and I was saying to myself, God gave them the ability to fly, to hover over the blades of grass which he prepared and gave them the ability to get their nutrition from it.
