I practiced those Mantra like guruji said in the third episode and in just two three days ,I am like more confident and very positive, specially "dhimi Kiti dhik kiti dhik kiti dhimi" & "ai sumana sumana sumana sumana" Other than that Most importantly I do 4 kriyas which helps me a lot are - pitru Shanti, runam bhasmam kriya , maha pap cleansing kriya and one more which I don't know the name. I have pain in my left side shoulder and back but after doing that for 5-6 days that pain just vanished. In another video guruji taught about "how to build your aura" the technique also help me a lot. After doing that for 2-3 days I am very confident to communicate with people and feel like some positive energy spread out from me. Eagerly waiting for the next episode.
