I would describe Red-Hood's as a country tomboy. The type of girl that would be riding quad-bikes, taking care of farm animals and shooting guns. In game her gun is classified as a sniper, but I would describe it as an anti-material rifle. Snipers are designed for precision. Anti-material rifles are designed to be the biggest gun that a person can carry and are often use to disable vehicles. But somewhere Snow-White's snipery gun is called an anti-ship cannon so I don't know.

Anti Ship Cannons seem to be far above an anti-material rifle. In one of the Trailers, Snow White shoots through several buildings in one shot. I feel by Anti-Ship, it means its meant to disable Naval Vessels.

Red Hood's favorite genre is Country Rock, which is perfect for the country bumpkin that she is. And it's a genre you tend to listen if your accent has that Southern drawl and live on the rural side. This is why the songs she listens to, and is usually attributed to her, have that genre. The first song you hear if you play Red Ash (Our Hometown) is a song she listens to canonically.

I, for one, loved the song so much. Red hood is one of my all-time favorites. I can relate to her style of music. Very dark country/rock vibes. Reminds me of The Doors - people are strange, Jace Everett - bad things (op for true blood) and Oh wee by The Wonton Bishops. It's pretty much what i like to call outlaw music. Another few mentions would be shawn james, Kaleo, and the devil makes 3. Plus, I voted for this skin. I am so happy to have it.

it suits her perfectly. Hard blues rock. For me if I am not familiar with the lore, it will still gives me the reminiscent of a post-apocalyptic world, with a badass character, unfazed, smiling while shooting zombies or something. Maybe better if she were given a motorcycle or something.

Welcome back Ririna, Nonsense Red is a quick side story the devs cooked up as Red Hood won the last popularity poll. It does reference the time period of the Red Ash event, but it's technically separate and doesn't spoil that story (if anything, it's chronologically just before Red Ash). Make sure you get your rewards before the event expires. Red Hood is very proactive, she loves to tease others and is an absolute beast on the battlefield. Mix it all with her strong self-confidence and this is why she's regarded as the strongest Nikke in history (although this is essentially lost knowledge outside of the Pioneer Pilgrims and Dorothy). Ironically, the story title seems like a jab at the fact she would have never worn that dress normally, but as she comes from nothing and they attend a gala this is the conclusion she drew. Nostalgic is another good word to describe her, she does cherish the gems of the past and is enthralled by "old songs" that are out of current trends. Much like nowadays and the giant footprint of pop or rap, she thrives in old rock, potentially punk or even country despite everyone rolling their eyes at those genres. The devs previewed 3 possible skins after the poll results were compiled: this, one where she's riding a motorcycle, and another where she's accompanied by a wolf. Despite the latter two being narratively closer to her personality, Nikke does have a bunch of units in ball gowns as other skins, and the fans adore that line of skins. It might be Nonsense, but it's still Red Hood.

It was cute that the girl with 0 decorum walked into a store asking what is worn at a gala and didn't ask any more questions. I was about to say "the only one", but Scarlet is there too, except she expressively doesn't care. Hopefully you enjoyed that brief temporal narrative window. It's not a huge amount of resources, but it's free. The event will probably be brought back in Side Story archives eventually, but the rewards might not be there then without the checklist.

I think Costumes is alright. Red is far from my favorite character so it didn't really klick for me like for others. Loving the bass of it though. However, the event song that released at the same time as Costumes for the event Jinx Player, aptly named JINX PLAYER, hits so hard as a past jazz musician from school days. It really feel like they're ad-libbing a lot of the song and having a grand time. Must say that the editing has leveled up with adding the bgm while yapping. No longer just talking to the empty void.

The lore behind Red wearing this dress is pretty much the Ryan Reynolds ugly sweater meme, except Red did this on her own, no trickery involved, she just bamboozled herself lol There's even fan art of Dorothy and Scarlet drawn as Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhall laughing at Red, the Ryan Reynolds in this scenario. It’s hard to not spoil you since you’re just on CH 7 and she appears only after ch 22 or so. Edit: 4:33 oh, you won’t see her in Overzone. I won’t tell you why because it’s a spoiler ( and a very important one for the main story), but what I can tell you it’s two things: 1) Red Hood is a rough, rumble and tumble kind of girl. A kind girl. 2) Red Ash takes place before Overzone and there’s almost no mention of Red Hood in Overzone. Also, the side story takes place far before the main story. Between like 70 to 80 years before, Nikke isn’t very precise with dates. Red Hood is as old as Snow White whom you’ve probably met since you’re on ch 7.

I'm not sure how far you are in the main story, but be careful of Overzone cause it could spoil some things that is connected to the main story. But Overzone is such a great event and story. Although in story writing Red Ash in story chronologically first, but Overzone is a great one to playthrough after. But it is all up to you. Just wanted to warn you.

Red ash is way more spoiler-heavy then overzone. It touches on the things you wouldn’t get unless you’re past ch. 19, so it’s kinda safe.
