I honestly don't get the UR Hard Mode complaint. It was introduced specifically because the top Unions were full clearing UR in like 15 minutes. Its supposed to be difficult. At this point, it feels like any content that adds even 1 extra minute to the time you need to play the game, people will bitch about it. If you're bitching about having to actually play the game, maybe you should question why you are even investing time into the game at all.

I still wish for Shift up to make a better co op, many players like they do in arena the don’t put any effort and remain mostly afk or just trolling. I do understand the rewards are not really enticing because you just need to do one good run and for the rest of the 2-3 days of the event they will just afk
