Thank you Willie D for checking Godfrey and his disconnect from actual black Americans during the conversation around the n-word. Based on the convo Godfrey still holds to some of the racist ideologies associated with that word. It was refreshing to see you pushback on his characterization of who a n-word is and whether or not someone owns that word, when most of us see it as more of an action or characteristic of someone. The word doesn’t solely apply to black people regardless of its origin. Thank you so much for showing him that perspective.
