My God, I know how words can hurt. I caught it from my mom, so as I got older, I was afraid I'd do to my kids that mom did to me, so I made up my mind I didn't want kids. When I did have kids, I promised myself and them (2) that I would never touch them if I was the least bit ticked off, and I would not talk to them until I could cool down (make them clean their rooms), and then I would find a kiddie show or movie, I would make popcorn with butter, we'd have a good time. They're grown now, and my daughter has a 12 year old son. I tell them-a lot that I love them. My son usually does the dinner prayer.
