In this video we will see how to make godhumai paniyaram recipe in tamil. This sweet paniyaram is made from wheat flour and the addition of rice flour brings a little bit of crispiness to the outer shell of the paniyaram. The addition of banana adds a mild sweet flavor and also creates a soft center. These paniyarams are very easy to make and are perfect snacks for the evening.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Jaggery
1/2 cup Water
2 Banana or 1 large Banana
1 cup Wheat flour
1/4 cup Rice flour
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
pinch of Salt
1/4 tsp Baking soda
