To create texture or visual impact, and create an atmosphere the diffrent elements play the role-the direction, quality, source, or colour of light. So knowledge M600Bi helps to maintain the glow of the atmosphere. Knowledge M300D help to creates sharp beam of light across the background. VSA spotlight attachment help to pin point the light where we want to focus. For scattering of the stones we use Knowledge M300Bi. Now you ask how is your lightning techniques to when using a spotlight attachment 😁 Depends on my surrounding that I imagine- I use Knowledge M300Bi(100% power), Knowledge M300D(100% power), knowledge M600Bi(~16% power) or power depends on surrounding or room, if we have curtains and translucent things then 90-100% power we can use, GODOX LD150R(~25% power), GODOX TL60 (15% power). My surrounding are👇 Chandra Mahal, Jaipur, Rajasthan and Misthin Hotel, Jhalawar, Rajasthan 🤙💌 And if you ask about arrangements then you showed better ideas in this video and you guided well so as an student first I want to create surrounding like this that you created... with our local artists and costume designers🤩 I really appreciate the effort you have contributed to your team's project. I love controlling my light to create the proper mood for my scenes. VSA Spotlight attachments are wonderful in the sense that it allows me to pinpoint the exact location where I want my light. -With the adjustable gobo on the VSA Spotlight for a Knowled M300Bi I am able to create the perfect textures on my background (indoors). Without the use of gel I can directly control the mood of the atmosphere by changing the color temperature. -When using the light for my main subject as accent lighting I use the built in shutter blades to cut the light perfectly into sharp lights. Getting perfect sharp lights was always a problem but not anymore! I usually use the M200Bi with Spot Light attachment for this. - Sometimes when the story calls for it, I would use the VSA spotlight for ambience light. When I am trying to replicate early morning light shafts, I would go to my spotlight and Knowleds. Add in a bit of haze into the air, dial the desired color temperature and it becomes perfect just like that. Overall the VSA spotlight is amazing along with the latest collection of the Knowleds! Thanks Godox for creating such wonderful products.

I don't use a spotlight as main light often, but usually prefer to use as dramatic hair/rimlight from behind with some haze. But I have used a spotlight front light for a theatrical looks.

The techniques which i use for spotlight attachment are; 1) To create a volumetric Bean background source light to give a cinematic interior style 2) Also use it when creating Products promote videos so i control the light to a specific spot and moving it arround to create a dynamic and epic 3D lighting feelings 3) I combine the spotlight attachment with Costume sharps to add texture in the background

My lighting approach depends on what i am shoot i use the spot to change the background to fit the theme starting with how bright i want the image to show. Then i look at model do i want sperateration light the doesn’t blow out the background . If i done use that then i light the model so it has soft light on her and let the background from that light go black. Then if i use the spot to put light on the model i like hard light like in the old Hollywood from the 40s. But it even fun at time to put a color patter to the spot in order to quickly change the image on the model.

i would use this light in photography to get cinematic lighting and pair it with parabolic softbox to get a soft light on the skin that will bring bring nice texture and detail, i can even use it to mimic sun rays to make the image more interesting

I know the VSA is rated to support 300W but what could potentially happen if we used the VSA on a 600W light? Just for a short period of time?

Nice first attempt, but remember, less is more. I really think you’d have benefited from flagging and cutting the primary light sources and several smaller fixtures to provide tighter lighting on key elements, especially the garments.
