Very informative video. Keep posting these. Just one question - where is the link of Sobha 103 people protesting? It's no where on the internet. Sobha has been advertising about its quality, own procurement team and construction team. If building is not upto the right standards, does it show how difficult it is to build a premium property in Gurgaon? I remember L&T was the construction partner in Godrej Frontier. Seems like Gurgaon realtors end up following Murphy's law - anything which can go wrong will go wrong.

What do you think…Delhi always had this same infra to live …Ab soch k dekhiye jin log ne delhi mein chanakyapuri ya Connaught place k paas ghar lia hoga 60-70s k time pe unke aas paas bhi to aisa development nai hoga…But aaj dekhiye…Its all about Vision…Jo kuch hi logo k paas hota hai and we call them “Investors”
