This has very quickly became a necessity for me to get to sleep. I suffer badly from tinnitus so need noise when going to sleep. The voice, the tone, the background music, the content. Try keeping a box fan on in the room you’re hanging out in/ sleeping in. I find it can drone the tinnitus out or atleast cover up the sound a bit.
