Hi Fathers Bonaventure & Pine. I’m a little confused by Father Pine talking movies in this video, but saying in a previous video that he was giving up movies, music, & shows. As a Catholic film fan, I’m not complaining because I definitely enjoyed hearing knowledgeable Catholics discuss films. I’m just curious.

Hello! Great question - the title of the Pints video promises more than it delivers. Fr. Gregory talked about consuming less movies and music, not no movies and music.

@@Godsplaining That makes sense. I’ll have to give it a rewatch. I plead ADHD for not picking up on that the first time 😂 It’s just my 2 cents, but you should definitely consider making movie reviews a regular thing. A Catholic perspective on pop culture is sorely lacking on social media.

@@irl-hdr4080 @Godsplaining Yes! There's "Under Friar Review" but it's very ... Franciscan. I think a Dominican interpretation might have some more meat, a little more thought out than "I saw twelve seconds and these are my feels." That sounds rough on Fr Casey and Fr (I can't remember) but it's not meant to be. :D
