Well, *technically* the “classic” theme would be the original Akira Ifukube piece from the 50’s; obviously this is the (fantastically-recreated, regardless) Bear McCreary-homage. Anyway, absolutely sucks Bear didn’t come back for this one, would’ve just loved to a hear a kickass score from him regarding our beloved Big Monke. Easily the best aspect of “King of the Monsters”, hands down.
