Void ghidorah isn't ANY higher than 4D uni+(low 2-C) and him being any higher than that is just giving him the benefit of the doubt, and even if he DID scale that high, Godzilla earth has nothing suggesting he'd even remotely scale to that, the only reason he won was with help from the humans in the film, he does however scale to the heads weighing to a similar mass of a singularity and him casually destroying the 3 blackholes, but being high into Multi-solar(4-A) doesn't mean he's ANYWHERE near beating even the low tier characters in GOW with their low-multiversal(2-C) to multiversal+(2-A) ranges

Now, the Star Level only applies to 50 meters version of Godzilla Earth, because 300 meters version, specially in Planet Eater, It's attack potency and durability levels increases a lot. 1-If it wasn't a plot nerf, then Godzilla Earth genuinely tanked and withstood for dozens of minutes Void Ghidorah's Supergravity crush force while being surrounded by it's 3 necks, which would give him 11-Dimensional Force Durability, which would put him at High Complex Multiversal. 2-Like if it not be enough, Godzilla Earth obliterated the Void Ghidorah's singularities which like I said, were stated to collapse/break down the space-time curvature just by appearing and Godzilla Earth one shotted them in a blink of an eye with one Atomic Ray each. So Godzilla Earth's results are: Godzilla Earth (2030-48) Attack Potency: Dwarf Star. Destructive Capability/Destructive Range: Multi-Continent. Godzilla Earth (20,000 Years) Attack Potency: High Complex Multiversal. Destructive Capability/Destructive Range: Multi-Continent and possibly far higher because we never saw 300 mt Godzilla Earth's Red Spiral Particle Ray.

I compared in my head, it seems pretty accurate. I watched models of cronos (450-500 meters) and the world serpent. From how i saw, legendary godzilla is slightly bigger than the world serpent's head legendary godzilla is 120 meters tall, earth-G is 300 meters tall. So yeah, it's pretty accurate. As for why G-earth won, i guess it's all about the atomic breath. Godzilla is a character like kratos, he is simply not supposed to lose to any other kaiju/titan/big monster, and especialy due to his atomic breath, his atomic breath is 10 times as insane as him with his size and physique only. It's essentially what puts him many leagues above the likes of kong... But this is for fan servive obviously, the world serpent also has crazy lore feats. Either one of them erases the other based on what feats and anti-feats you want to use.

Doesn’t mean he’s stronger. Godzilla in rulers of the earth comic delt with a monster the Trilopod queen (or something) that was 4 to 5 times bigger than him as well. And while it was anything BUT an easy fight Godzilla as usual was able to pull off the impossible even when he and all of his allies had fallen. Godzilla got back up and with his raging kaiju levels of adrenaline and his neuclear pulse….well you get the idea.
