I can't link to it directly for legal reasons, but you should be able to find the game on the Internet Archive.

@ You need to delete the game's .mp4 files (stored inside the game's folder, named after the game's serial code), and to actually play the game you need to use a savefile that lets you access the menu. In addition to that, you need to get the PS4's system modules to get sound working. The Github compatibility page for the game should have both files
