Godzilla in this film is depicted as the incarnation of a merciless and cruel threat to nature, without any discovery of Godzilla. It has no politics, but exists only as an object of terror for mankind. This is the long-awaited return of the original Godzilla.

The Minus One director has stated that "...I wish I had $15 million to make the movie." Toho supposedly spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $10 million.

Godzilla will never die because conflicts and disasters will never disappear. I think the bruise that appeared on Noriko's neck is something like a curse. She may have been alive because of the scattered Godzilla cells. This curse is a karma that humanity bears, and it is a cause and effect that must be faced. However, the beauty of human beings is to not give up and keep moving forward. To that end, we must not give up and live by loving, appreciating, and cooperating with our neighbors. We Japanese people have lived like that. I hope that people around the world will empathize with this and be positively influenced by it.

isn't a curse, it's cancer due radiation exposure, she may have survived but who knows how much time she have left, with luck some months, maybe a year at most...

I agree that the expression is reminiscent of atomic bomb disease. I had a feeling that if there was a sequel, she or one of her descendants would play a role similar to the cursed Ashitaka from Princess Mononoke.

The funny thing about his girl surviving is there are accounta of people surviving the A bomb droppings in japan where they were literally blown through their house due to the shock wave of the bomb although they had to be pretty outer part of the blast radius
