The devs didn't finish him yet he is in early access for everyone to try him I would recommend not actually buying him until the full version releases bcs of 2 things one of them being you're basically guaranteed to lose a fight against a decent player as some attacks are missing and 2 is that you watch a showcase of the full release seeing if you like him and or if he's actually good

No need for passive regen imo, but maybe minus one can have an extra ability that gives it passive regen for a limited time
