In Skull Island, they mention that this Kong is very small compared to his kind before they got killed by the Skull Crawlers and that Kong does nothing but grow.. that movie took place in the early 70s.. now fast forward 50 years to 2020 and that is 50 years that Kong will grow and get stronger so he will be Godzilla's size... now for his powers nobody knows but in the Japanese King Kong vs Godzilla, Kong could harness electricity from lightning so who knows what they might come up with

619Bulli The only reason Kong could harness electricity in KKvG was because in the original script Godzilla was fighting a giant Frankenstein monster. When they got the rights to Kong they just substituted him in without changing much of the script. Plus, Kong and Godzilla will most likely be a team-up/Destroy All Monsters type of film.

The big butterfly monster is Mothra and he was an ally of Godzilla so I believe they will be working together. Rodan and King Ghidorah ( the Pterodactyl and the 3 headed dragon ) are enemies of Godzilla and in the old films have teamed up against him before. The film after this will involve King Kong and Godzilla. One thing that annoys me as I watch this trailer multiple times is the woman giving her monologue at the beginning say the "body unleashes a fever to fight the infection." Well the fever is just the result of the body fighting the infection, but does not do the fighting.

Godzilla fought a turtle? Really? I guess I missed that one. I will admit though, baby Mothra's face does look a little like Gamera's face in "Gamera: The Brave". As for this trailer, it delivered more than anyone was expecting. Warner Bros. has a lot riding on this movie & they know they can't f++k it up. So it's safe to assume the movie will be every bit as good as the trailer and it will make all us fans very happy :) :)

The Godzilla animated movie that's on Netflix is amazing the science the characters and just the atmosphere in total is amazing. All I can say is that don't go into it thinking you are going to be buddy-buddy with Godzilla in this movie he is a true enemy slash bad guy exactly like the first couple of original Godzilla movies

I mean have you see a *true* Godzilla film? Absolutely nothing to do with that 1998 abomination. The others monsters are form the original Toho Godzilla movies. Godzilla's always done his own thing. He was the villain in the first two movies, and then he went back and forth (mostly the hero). The others: Gamera and Mothra are usually "good." Rodan has been mostly good but he's been the bad guy too. King Ghidorah is the biggest of the bad guys. He's like the king big dick villain. If I was going to guess, it's gonna come down to Ghidorah vs. Godzilla, but Gamera and Mothra will probably be assisting, and Rodan could go either way (since the studio probably doesn't thing he's as important).

I still have a major issue with how the American version makes Godzilla look. The 1998 version absolutely killed me. Oh the pain that movie caused. Thankfully in Godzilla final wars they killed that version off. The one made a few years ago was good, but Godzilla looks like a dog to me. Same with this one.
