You mean it has a weakness? Gosh! Just an fyi : mortem at 26 has no boosts health: 4500 higher than any maxed dino on his team. So boost health or speed or both you can outlive and deal enough damage back to kill any opponent

little tip. Mortem is really good in the boosted arena. It’s not like the typical dino’s. It’s immune to decel makes it powerful because resilient still dominates the arena. The correct boost build for Mortom Rex is as much speed as possible and damage.
