Honestly, Dinomania was pretty generous with the upscale for Ender dragon to be the size of 2019 Godzilla's hand because if Ender dragon was it's original size compared to Godzilla, Ender dragon wouldn't even be the same size as Godzilla's foot and even if Ender dragon was upscaled to be the same size as Godzilla, Godzilla will still win because Godzilla fought King ghidorah who is way more powerful than the Ender dragon. If Steve can kill the Ender dragon when King ghidorah is not fazed by a blast that was considered to be a nuke, it's pretty obvious who would win
