I recommend Godzilla Rulers of Earth, has a strong story and the ending is pretty awesome. Of course it's part 3 of the main line starting with Kingdom of Monsters and continues with Godzilla.

I have to agree that Rulers of Earth is by far one of the best comics to cover, though it’s part 3 of a trilogy comic series with 1.) Kingdom of Monsters and 2.) Godzilla (Ongoing / History’s Greatest Monster). Though Half Century War is another great one and I personally would also suggest Cataclysm. I actually even stared making my own videos covering Godzilla Legends to start out and work up to other Godzilla comics. You could say you inspired me Comicstorian. 😎👍

Rita must be crazy is she thinks a world without Power Ranger to ruin her plans is better than living in a world where Godzilla reigns supreme, making her conquest of Earth just doomed on arrival. If anything, she clearly would regret her decision as Godzilla is clearly more powerful than anything she could come up, not to mention there are other monsters in the Toho verse, each with their own purpose and goal. If anything she would be a mere nuisance compared to the other threats Godzilla faces, especially King Ghidorah, Destroyah, Spacegodzilla(the the most powerful Kaiju to ever compete with him) Yes, even Lord Zedd or even Dark Spectar wouldn’t be able to compare. Not to mention, Rita release Ghidorah was a stupid and reckless on her part. By that, she basically ended unleashing something worse than even Zed and Dark Spectar.

As some fun bonus info to answer a question at the beginning of this video... This comic seems to be set from 1975 as that was both the first super Sentai (from which power rangers sprang) and Godzilla vs Mecha Godzilla (which is the Godzilla side of the plot.) Thus being the first time creation wise they could meet. as for it being this version of Godzilla this was the toho family friendly Godzilla in semi heroic phase and the rangers were also considered more "kid friendly" than Sentai. It also sorta makes sense to "replace" Mecha Godzilla with megazords.

Godzilla is technically the grandfather of power rangers. Godzilla was the first Tokusatsu and inspired all tokusatsu after including super sentai. The Dragon Zord pretty much is Godzilla
