If we talk about accuracy, then the Legendary Godzilla's beam will not be able to hurt Hedorah like any other weapon except electricity. All other attacks in the form of military equipment or beams will pass through, as if Hedorah is transparent or as if he does not exist. only the younger forms could be slightly affected.
