Ultra kaiju is Ultra Kaiju. Godzilla is Godzilla but before that, they were under same director before that which is Eiji Tsuburaya but after Eiji Tsuburaya's death, two companies were broke up which is Toho produce Godzilla, Tsuburaya produce Ultraman.
