@@mattgibney4085 But the fact Kong, who is definitely more tired and injured than Godzilla due to his lack of durability, managed to keep up with Mechagodzilla while Godzilla just super-charged the axe to let Kong have the finishing blow is mighty impressive. It's just to show that Kong probably has more stamina than Godzilla while Godzilla has more firepower. It's honestly impressive for the big monkey with lack of special abilities. Kong definitely symbolizes the human resilience and willpower.

I loved this movie for so many reasons. One reason is because it showed me that they can actually make a full length movie without any human dialogue. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but it was really cool to see how I understood what they were saying when there wasn't a single word spoken. Loved the movie

They need to set up Destroyah as the Thanos of the Monster Verse, be Godzilla, Kong, Shimu, Mothra(main heroes) vs Destroyah, with maybe Gigan as secondary villain. This is where you could use the other apes and maybe previous villains (rodan, Muto's etc) to help, but also be just fodder.

I honestly don't interpret it as godzilla ordering shimo with the roar I think it more fits that he was just roaring while charging up to execute skar king while kongs holding him but shimo sees he's about to do it so she decides to instead charge up and freeze skar king as revenge for all the years of pain and torture he inflicted on her I just feel it makes the most sense

Not gonna lie, my favorite scene was at the very end where Kong patted Shimo’s head and scratched her chin. That was the most lighthearted and adorably cute and amazing monster interaction OF ALL TIME. Shimo is going to life a happy life now with Kong as her “owner”. 😊

I was surprised to see Shimo still with the Kongs after all she had through. I guess she had been kept almost as a “pet” for so long it was just comfortable for her. Not to mention she might have felt loyal to Kong after freeing her. I hope she eventually decides to live a life of her own tho and migrate somewhere else. Most likely somewhere colder on the surface such as Antarctica or even somewhere in the Arctic like Tiamat’s old layer.

So, saw the movie twice in cinemas and IT'S A BANGER. NO WORDS JUST PURE AWE CAUSE IT'S SO COOL. But, I just have a little question about some titans that didn't appear in the movie. So you see, I'm just confused why they didn't flash SEKHMET (it's residing in Cairo, Egypt the same place where Kong and Goji battles before Mothra calms them down) and also BEHEMOTH (it's residing in Rio, De Janeiro, Brazil where the final battle happened) even just A LITTLE BIT? like it's their respective lairs, so was expecting them to show up. With this, maybe since they didn't showed in this movie, they will in the next?? and their role would be somehow IMPORTANT? dunno maybe a villain an ally to both Kong and Goji against another titan? just theories lol, so yeah, would really appreciate it if you can do a video about this too! advance thanks! 🤎🤎

I believe this is the best MV movie ever, especially the part where Godzilla with Kong (+with Suko) & Mothra united & team up against Skar King & Shimo. And finally freed Shimo & defeated Skar King🦧 + in the finale in Rio, both Godzilla & Kong are now brothers in arms (friends/allies). I hope we'll see them (Godzilla🦖& Kong🦍) team up again along with Mothra🦋, Rodan🦅, Shimo🐉🏔, Anguirus🐢 (get introduced), Suko🐒& Minizilla🦎(get introduced) against a new villain in the next 3rd upcoming future GxK sequel movie (if Adam Wingard will do it), right👍😉🌌

I think they rushed the story a little bit, 1 and half hours was too short for the plot. I think they should have created a little more suspense after the first encounter with Scar King and after that create de momentum to the final battle. Great movie though.

It's too early for destroyah. We finally started getting into the showa goofy phase of the monsterverse. If we want to see destroyah it would have to be when the movies start becoming darker in tone. Destroyah is one of the most evil monsters in the godzilla universe on par if not worse than ghidorah. It's a sadistic monster that took pleasure from killing godzilla's son in front of him. I don't think legendary is willing to introduce something like destroyah just yet. Maybe when the monsterverse starts dying off they'll introduce destroyah as the final boss.

Destroyah is worse then ghidorah. Destroyed is ghidorah dialed to 11. But fun fact destroya got whooped by ghidorah due to the fact ghidorah does not breathe oxygen. So the oxygen beam is useless But destroya is even more sadistic twisted and evil then ghidorah. Ghidorah wants to rule. Destroya wants just death

I feel like shimo was the hero as shimo was being controlled by skar king by the crystal that was giving her pain but when suko destroyed the crystal shimo has control over herself and deciding to kill the controller so i loved how she had revenge. I also felt very very bad for shimo when she was being controlled by skar king 😢

I absolutely loved this film. I loved how Kong has aged and finally found his kingdom to rule peacefully. Kudos for getting him enhancements too. Godzilla abilities to absorb insane amount of assorted radiation energy makes him a perfect immortal god titan just like Motha to reign in the other naughty titans is so awesome. Love the fact when all battles are over he just slumbers until he’s needed again. 🥳🥳🥳

I saw this movie today in IMAX 3d and I loved it. Godzilla taking on Shimo 1v1 in the hollow earth was easily my favorite scene. I just think the movie was a little hurried- multiple storylines crammed in a short 2 hour movie. The comics have it better in the sense that they are not bound by length. As a result, godzilla got comparatively less screen time. I feel each of the titans in the main story can & should have their own storylines which then converge into this movie, ultimately leading to the final fight. Also, I feel the final fight was a bit rushed or trimmed. Nonetheless, the movie is amazing. It's got everything a kaiju fan can ask for. I love it.

I think that's the point. Skar King in the trailers was shown to be a fierceful Titan, but after watching the movie, it shows that he's just a false king (like Ghidorah) who uses a borrowed power via servitude (Shimo). It's to show that Skar King doesn't have the strength nor the brains to get the job done without help from a powerful Titan. He couldn't stand a chance against Godzilla and he knows it, hence why he enslaved Shimo for extra firepower. All the massacre of both Kong and Godzilla species was done by Shimo per ordered, but credited himself for it proudly. That is why no Great Ape respects him as a leader unlike Kong who showed great careness. Skar King represented the cruel, wicked, and manipulative side of humanity.

I will say alot of people were saying she was 100% under skar king control but she was not , for somw reason it sadden me to see her fight it while he forced her to attack or do his bidding

Gamera, Destoroyah, Jet Jaguar, and Space Godzilla need to make their monsterverse debut also it’s time for Pacific Rim crossover easy retcon that Monarch and Apex help Dr. Lars Gottlieb and Jasper Schoenfeld create project Jaegers as a back up plan in case Godzilla, Kong, or any other titan goes rogue. Prescurors can be responsible for creating clone of Godzilla which is Space Godzilla after their Kaiju failed in Pacific Rim Uprising as for why Godzilla, Kong, and other titans were not mention in pacific rim films you can say both Godzilla and Kong made truce and decide to stay in hollow earth all this time together as co rulers. Gamera can be introduced as the third alpha who is on same level as Kong and Godzilla seeks alliance to take down Prescurors, Kaijus, Space Godzilla, and Destoroyah all out monsters battle royal with some Jaegers and Jet Jaguar or something like this for future films
