Something you might want to consider doing is putting a second point in your q level 4 or 5. It gives real good damage for wave clear and in general

Fat is a good insulator. The problem with people is that their extremities don't have a lot of fat. Fingers, toes, knees, elbows, wrists, etc.. don't tend to have a lot of fat. So while it's great for insulating your mid-section and bottom, it's not distributed enough to stop you from feeling the cold in a meaningful way. A good coat, dry socks and shoes, and a good pair of wool leggings and you will be feeling cozy.
