This is so elegant, you did it again, I have watched numerous of reviews about this case. When I saw the price, my jaw drops. Now I can understand why the price is so steep. Your review goes beyond others. The features of this case are practical and functional. Addition to these, you are right, we need not have to spend additional case fans. I believe what's needed is only a black AIO and the Ek nucleus 360 (black) fits the bill. By the way, your choice of music always matches the content you did. Thank you Kleo, this is another top notch content.

Hi Nox, welcome back and as always, thank you for your support and yup, when I saw the price before doing this content, I react the same. I am it's so expensive, but when I calculated, for other case, you will need to worry about additional fans and such, which will end up costing more. This case comes with excellent pre-installed fans and you are right, all it needs is a liquid AIO and call it day.

@@johnplanzski9215 I loved the aesthetics of the whole line but I ended up going with a B650E-E from ASUS (ROG). I am a music lover and that particular board comes with some of the best audio I could find on any mobo out. That, and the overall better reviews had me willing to trade in my preferences for looks for what felt like a better board for my needs. I will also add that the board took a bit of time to figure out, but adjusting the settings for RAM in the tweaker bios section helped me find a configuration that has allowed it to load and run without issues.

Example, Rams with tighter timing or m.2 3) this case do not need to populate with so many fans and it’s quiet in operation. 4) lesser fans = lesser dust 5) this case out performance on thermal 6) its a more mature looking case (executive look). @@kimisami88 I see. I can understand your frustation to find a value case that comes with all the gimmicks and functions. For a start, your 7800X3D with the AMD 7900XT or 7900XTX does not really runs too hot. Now it boils down to which type of casing you are looking for. Just a suggestion. this is what I will do. 1) Narrow down which style you wanted and fix to it. Fish tank or the classic case that has front intake.. 2) Narrow down your budget, within the ranges you can consider, outside the ranges just drop it, no matter how much you like it. 3) Functionality + Case cooling (ARGB or Non ARGB) . a hint, 140mm fans draws tons of air and run lower rpm = less noise. 120mm fans you need to push higher rpm to have more air in, can be noisy. 4) Asethetic, for me this is not the first piority. If you can have 1) to 3) fixed and follow by the aesthetic. You will enjoy most out of the case as it's not only of the value you wanted but with looks. Last but not least as mentioned your system does not really generate alot of heat.. so the cooler master 360 liquid aio will do fine.

My friend, a wonderful, detailed review! You are the best! I have such a case and am thinking of purchasing an Arctic LF III 420 mm. But I was confused by only one point, that you indicate that it cannot be placed and the top panel will not close. But I pick up a tape measure and take a measurement, the actual distance from the bottom of the metal bar to the horizontal where the top cover should snap is 38-39 mm, i.e. Should the LF III 420 squeak right next to each other in height, or does its actual thickness of the side flanges go beyond 38 mm at the widest points?
@KleoYan
@KleoYan 3 ай бұрын
Hi Peter Kolupanoff, welcome to my channel. You are right. it can squeak in, but do be mindful that the radiator is very close to the top mesh panel, there are restriction of air pusing through as it's almost against the top mesh. I have tested the thermal, without the top mesh yes it's good with thermal but when I place the top mesh panel. the temperature increases. Infact my main objective is to stop using the Arctic LF2 or LF3 at the top as the thermal is bad. To where I am testing this is at room temperature of 30°C to 31°C in a hot and humid country. You can give it a try if you are at a colder region. Do pardon me of what I've mentioned about the fitment at the top. All the very best with your build.

@@KleoYan In fact, after 20 years on Intel, a year ago I still bought an AMD platform and I don’t play games at all - everything is for work - and I took this processor because it is more technologically advanced, even air cooling can cope with it. However, I encountered an inexplicable problem while copying and caching large volumes of files.... as time has shown over the year, I could not come to terms with nuances and algorithms that were incomprehensible to me in working on the AM5 platform of the processor-RAM combination: the point is that after For some time, somehow the writing speed from the RAM cache on the SSD drops, i.e. as if some kind of artificial stupor is triggered..... what I mean is that a large array of files of 50-100 GB in size is being copied and at some random point in time the copying speed drops sharply from 4-5 GB/s and drops to a level of 70-100 MB/s, I noticed that this happens within 20-50% of the stendbylist cache fullness and copying continues at such a low speed for several minutes until the stendbylist cache is completely filled to 100% and only then the copying speed again sharply returns to normal values 3- 6 GB/s...... what this is connected with I can’t understand on the previous Intel i9 z390 platform; I’ve never seen such a crooked performance of unloading from cache to disk. I need to constantly or manually clear the standby list cache using a crutch in the form of Intelligent standby list cleaner ISLC by setting the auto-cleaning limit within 4-6 GB (and I have 96 GB of memory) or manually run some software for testing RAM like TM5 so that it quickly I loaded the RAM up to 100% and quickly dropped the load and then everything worked again at the usual speed..... I didn’t have such problems with Intel before and a year later I came to the conclusion that I would have to buy a similar processor from Intel, which, although twice as hot, The same performance is needed with a 420 mm water cooling system, but the Intel platform will not shut up in trivial tasks, cutting off the overall system responsiveness by almost 10 times.

While this case is not bad, there are better cases out there for a much lower price. My favorite one right now is the Monotech AIR MAX 903. The reason why I like it is that it has excellent airflow with 3 Argb Fans in the front and one regular one in the back, has a Fan and RGB hub to reduce load on the sys fan headers, it feels very durable with real glass and metal, extremely easy cable management due to it being E-ATX, and has excellent features, and the price is around $70. Also the Monotech support people are excellent should there be an issue. As far as ASUS Goes I won’t recommend them due to recent events regarding quality control and RMA support. ASUS can give me stuff Free and I would still criticize them for offering bad quality control and RMA support.

Hi Marcus Goodlooking, welcome back. Out of the three, I will take this PA602, reason being 1) I like stealth black, 2) I dont have to worry on getting additional fans which will add up the cost, 3) All is needed is to plug a 420 liquid aio at the top which comes with the fans. Alot did mentioned his is pricely but if you are to calculate the additional cost to purchase good case fans, the price will add up. Leaving other cases + fan cost which is equivalent or higher compared to just get this case. 4) the features of this case are very well thought off. 5) Bottom mesh filter removal (easy access) 6) the rollers which you dont have to carry the whole case out inorder to reach the rear I/O ports.

@@KleoYan Thanks again for your detailed answer.I like design of Proart with build quality and fact that it is a latest from the bunch what brings some nice solutions to the table but my main concern is limited space for 210 mm PSU`s and Im not sure if I would be able fit Arctic`s 360mm cooler on the top of the case

@@marcusgoodlooking2482 hi and you are most welcome 😊 For 360 Arctic Liquid Freezer II / III, you will fit and as for the power supply. If you do not use any 3.5" Harddisk, you can always remove off the HDD cage to make room for your lengthy PSU.

Hi TheTastefulThickness, welcome to my channel. No doubt is plastic at the front cover, but consider the fact that you only need those fans that come with the case. No additional fans needed if you do aircooling. Even using liquid AIO. Fans are already with the liquid AIO. That’s my opinion.

Yes but this case isn't supposed to be value oriented. It's attempting to be upmarket.

@@TheTastefulThickness Hi, to behonest, I do like your suggestion too and will take your suggestion to Asus SG on this. Thank you! These are my honest opinion. I do not mind about the plastic front. This case is pack with thoughtful features. 1) I dont have to worry on getting additional fans which will add up the cost, 2) All is needed is to plug a 420 liquid aio at the top which comes with the fans. Alot did mentioned his is pricely but if you are to calculate the additional cost to purchase good case fans, the price will add up. @KleoYan The dual 200mm fans is certainly a rare but welcome design. I can only think of the fractal case that also employs them.

@@TheTastefulThickness True, I agree. Ok lets just say that we have each our own opinion.. for Fractal, consider the case is not cheap either, plus need to change out the case fans for better airflow.. so ya. that's my concern about other cases.
