Goeppertia concinna's health is getting worse and worse

I m having very difficult to take care of calathea now, too much problems, humidity, low watering problems, high watering problems,leaves getting dry and having yellowing etc,pests, these are high maintenance plants which need specific requirements and Climates, potting soil, they will not thrive othervise better try Agleoneoma they are too forgiving than calathea.
