Tippy progressive. 30T carbon top section. Stiffer 40T carbon bottom section. Rod really only bends in top third of rod. I think it is fair to say most anglers prefer a through action for commercials. No need for super stiff powerful blanks for short chucks. Not sure if this is a specific Barnsley thing. I think there are a lot of people in Barnsley watching this and wondering what is he talking about.

I dont review rubbish fishing tackle my friend- as i see little point in doing that. I like to think that i offer an honest and unbiased opinions. For instance with this rod, i dont agree with the manufacturers claim of its fish playing action, and they certainly dont have have any sway with my thoughts or opinions. Neither am i not a sponsored angler...
