Ok boys, if you're trying to IGL in solo Q ranked, don't expect that your teammates will always understand how you want them to use their utils, and you don't have structure, and expect everything will be sloppy. There are no protocols set in place and you have very little time to set a strat for your team before the round starts. You can still make calls but for the most part, don't let your teammates who don't coordinate get in your head. You will be the one who needs to adapt to those people in order to win because they're too stubborn to listen. Set your expectations low at first and get a feel if your teammates knows how to coordinate, adapt from that. In an amateur team standpoint, everything fenis says here makes a lot of sense if you're trying to master the map. Also, @GOfns you're banner is still Optic 💀

That is a great video! Actually I would love to see the same concept for Defense. Personally, I feel like many IGLs mentally tab out during defense and dont realize how much there is to call and coordinate.

really well explained. one problem is that I can already see some soloq "wannabe igl" player trying to master this and it all ends by breach stunning jett, sova misses the dart, omen smokes b entrance because he wasn't listening, kj forgets to put the c alarmbot and jett doesn't drop a gun because he have muted everyone and goes solo garage to die and then the c flank destroys everyone else. How I know? play the game 3 years and you learn quite a bit about humans and how many different ways you can insult ppl. GL to new valorant players

You should emphasise the importance of sound on rotations/fakes, a lot of immo+ ranked teamates are unaware how much a difference it makes running from too close when going to the other site for a fake or on a rotation based on info, gives lurkers openings and allows for correct stacks.
