Goga Naqeebia Murgh Chanay Recipe by Alif Kitchen | Lahori Murgh Chanay Recipe |Goga Naqibia Chanay
Ingredients for Goga Naqeebia Murgh Chanay:
500 grams of white chickpeas
1 cup of red lentil
4 liters of water
1 tsp of salt
For korma:
500ml of oil
350 grams of onion
1 tbsp of ginger paste
1 tbsp of garlic paste
2 tsp of green chili paste
1 kg of chicken
6 green cardamom
10 cloves
2 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of red chili powder
1 tsp of red chili flakes
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of coriander powder
1 tbsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of all spice powder
3/4 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of cream
all the recipes & dishes I have learned on the internet, youtube & google. I am not the first to make them, not to first create certain dishes. I just change the ingredients to make the dish to suit my taste. I hope just my videos have an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like.
