Me and a few buddies are fairly new to the game. A couple arguments we’ve had with this card are the skills on the awakened side. When a card states “if you have (any amount of energy)” does that mean active energy. I believe to get the 5000 boost and double strike your energy should be active (untapped).

No just the condition doesn't matter if it's active. Just as long as you have met the requirementa for said energy

Ramping & Maxing out the Gogetas is more important than a one-off power boost. It is a Gogeta deck!

Also when you play in battle phase attacking with your leader card or battle card and combo with 15000 leader than combo with 5000 card from hand and its your opponent time to defend and exceed the value of attack say 25000 can't the attacking side add more combo cards to match the opponent or its over once the attacking side decides to place one combo that's it no more adding combs. Need your advice please thank you so much

Once you combo that's it. Then your opponent can combo and go above.

During your turn when you combo with this card, if your leader card blue switch one energy to active. Ok my question is do I use the card and add it to the battle card as a combo to activate the ability or do I have to tab two energy to summon trunks card than combo with another card with trunks to use the ability sorry for the long question but I really need your help master 🙏🙂

Why on Earth would you put Over Realm in a Sparking based deck??? Like you HAVE to draw this within the first two turns of a game to even try and recover the Sparking in time to when you will NEED those Super Combos given the uptick in pace with the game currently. I think it's a waste to try and force an ok combo. Resolute Strength Goku is another pick I question. The effect is kind of meh since anything 2 or less on board outside of storm has probably done its job and is just sitting around. I don't know why you'd want to cram up deck space with 5 extra cards for a decent combo when really it's much easier and less costly to just pay the three for Deadly Defender Vegeta. Blue has plenty of defensive options to be ok with not having a Deadly Defender on command. Cut the Soul Punishers since it's niche when you want to put them down with Crit. SR Gogeta is going to rip those cards out of their hand anyway. Cut your Gogetas down as well. The 5 drop is great, but I think 4 is pushing for too much and 3 SR Gogetas is clogging deck space. Go to 4 counters regardless of mill, they're too valuable not to max out. Look to make room for the 1 drop Pans since she can help you self awaken, Quick Thinkin' Gotenks since he draws you a card EVERY ATTACK, and Objections to get you to Gogeta faster and the end game quicker.

Why no veku or objection Veku is a great early searcher for union fusion. And objection lets you ramp up and play 5 drop gogeta turn 3 with union fusion.

You have enough Gokus and Vegetas in the deck and Veku only searches vanilas. Objection might be ok but you could just play useful cards that pressure your opponent early instead.
