What I can add it is you need to study how a baby behaves. That will give you a sense of what is going on in your life. You become very sensertive to a lot of things, your adult self tries to make sense of things in your life but still can't figure out. This is the stage to really be wise about your environment so that your will not be restless. I.e clubs, crowded places. Those can affect you. Lastly acknowledge your change in life and really try to understand and figure out who you are becoming.

I’m in varsity and I don’t even see the point of what I’m doing, food, I gravitate towards Earthy food and plant based 🌱, I love plants 🪴 and nature, I feel connected to the Earth, Sun, Moon and Stars, nature as a whole.
