If Twilio isn't showing in your HighLevel account, it might be disabled at the agency level. To enable it log in to your HighLevel agency account and navigate to Settings > Agency Settings. Look for an option like "Use Twilio in Agency" and ensure it is enabled. If it’s not, toggle the setting or reach out to HighLevel support for assistance.

When a new Highlevel Agency account is created, the default option provided is LeadConnector. If you wants to switch to Twilio or move away from LeadConnector, then simply you need to contact HighLevel Support, and they’ll assist you to enable Twilio option in case if you haven't see Twilio in your Agency.
