Hi Jamie, thanks for starting the series. Given that there are many similar products out there, how does one even start validating if an idea is worth embarking on? For example in the F&B, there are many korean bbq restaurants and bars out there. Likewise in other industries, many are trying to differentiate why people should buy their shirts, or their ergonomic chairs...etc. In a limited space to differentiate one's product/service, can you share how and when would you work-on/rule out a "potential" idea one thinks he/she has?

Love your contents and genuine advice for entrepreneurship. I am a founder of my own interior design firm, called R INTERIOR | R 设计团队after working in the industry for almost 4 years plus. I started the company in my mid 20s and have been running the business for about 2 years now. There are multiple hurdles that I have face throughout this journey and I am glad to be where I am now even though I have not meet what I aim to achieve for myself yet. However, I always hope to get myself a mentor to guide me along the business journey, but not sure how I can look for one. Would be good if you can share your experience on getting your mentors if you ever had throughout your entrepreneurial journey. :)
