Thanks for showing us the Gardensoxx system that I wouldn't have otherwise been aware of. I'm anxious to see how it will perform over time, so I'll be watching. Getting excited for the Dome!

👍 Shurrrr would be nice to come up with some way to heat a nice cobblestone path down to that beauty, even just a little narrow one.

The spherical radius of the dome appears to be 16.62ft, which would result in a floor radius of 16.3572 or 16ft 4.2864". If you used 16ft 4.5" for the floor radius that`s where you gained the extra few inches at the perimeter :) I make the difference between the two 1.343" so i guess the measuring line may have had a small amount of stretch in it.

Thanks for sharing your theory. We discovered that the sill plates were cut too long, so after Bryan cut off a quarter inch, on the boards, it fit together perfectly. The company assured us that the discrepancy was still within tolerance. But we felt more comfortable making the cuts.

@@ColoradoMountainLiving Domes are very forgiving but being 1/4" out would have bugged me too. I like to work in millimeters so if it is out, it wont be by much :) The smaller the dome, the more accurate you need to be.
