Hey Lady, I am loving this GRWM in the car. I love the look you created! I honestly can relate to what you're saying. I used to be a hairdresser, and it was very difficult not knowing how much money I would make from week to week or even day to day. I had nobody to pick up the slack. I was very annoyed when customers would not cancel if they couldn't make it. I even did a girl's hair for prom. It was a last-minute call in. She told me what she wanted, and I told her the price over the phone. Tell me why, once the service was complete, did she tell me, "This is all I have, can I bring you the rest tomorrow?" Girl, I'm still waiting on my money. Seriously, I'm not saying I am the most organized, but I just could not get with not knowing how much money I would have and not being able to plan for things. It was such a relief being able to go into a field where I know what's up. I know what my money situation will be and if I'm sick I can afford to go to the doctor. Girl, the list just goes on and on. Anyways, I get it, and to me, you're a winner, recognizing what needs to be done and doing it for your family. I appreciate you talking about this on your channel. It's something to think about while helping others.

Right?! Those no call/no shows hit the mind and wallet 😭 And I send out reminder texts the day before...and STILL ladies be leaving me hanging 🤦🏾‍♀️ Not all, but some, seemed to take advantage of my availability...my being willing to fit them in anytime they need me to so they cancel & reschedule willy nilly. I can't deal with that mentally or financially. Side note, that's why your curls always be poppin 🤩

Gurrrl, there is no shame in your game. You've done what a lot of other people wish they could (yours truly, included) and you left a job that made you miserable to pursue your dream. A lot of people start their business as a side hustle. Your corporate job will now help fund your business and when you become financially successful, you'll leave corporate again. For good. I really appreciate and enjoy your candor in this video and I know it will inspire others. Me, included. 😘
