Good question Vasta! You can apply for the PSW visa up to 3 months before your student visa expires. So applying during dissertation/summer is definitely an option if timing works well. But for international students it's hard as our student visa expires by then Check gov.uk for specifics! 📚

So I am in deep trouble. Like my course is ending on 31/10/2023. My wife will apply for Dependent visa on 15th September 2023. So I have booked the ticket for India. I will travel on 07/11/2023 and return back to UK on 15/12/2023. Now my tension is that as my course will finish on 31/10/2023 and I will travel after course end so when I will re-enter to UK on 15/12/2023 does immigration officer allow me and my wife to re-enter UK? My Tier 4 student visa will expire on 29/02/2024. I am really in a big problem. Please solve my doubt.
