Fresh veg isn't always the best. People look down on frozen veg but a lot of time they are frozen straight after picking so have a lot of nutrients. Fresh veg can be stored in a shops warehouse for ages so nutrients are lost.

Well, no. Meat is not bad for you, it’s nutritionally dense brilliance - if grass fed and pasture raised. The whole tongue thing is ABSURD. Cream is fine, coffee is wonderful and full of antioxidants. Vegetables are great, as are fish. But she’s idiosyncratic.

True Meat is good for you with iron b12 but look what she is covering that meat in, especially those ribs, sweet sauces that holds tons of sugar and sodium. Creamer is a must for me in my coffee. But see how many cups she is drinking and is still emotionally and physically drained. And she still suffered from constipation and exhaustion. Gillian is very realistic.

How is the whole tongue thing, as you say, absurd? Physicians have been looking at the tongue forever to check health. They look for coating, color, lesions, bumps, ulcers, all kinds of things. A lot of information can be given by examining the tongue. Other cultures like Chinese medicine, Aururvedic medicine in India, they also check the tongue. It may be a little different to Western medicine. They teach that one part of the body correlates to other parts, internal organs etc. they have been practicing it for thousands of years and treatments work. The cracked line down the center on the tongue is a real thing and means dehydration. Not enough fluids. The tongue should not have a Crack down the center. A White thick coating can mean Candida. Even in the animal world, vets check the tongue and gums, teeth and can learn all kinds of medical information from it.

How old is this Jillian?? She looks like she is in her 60....slim but nothing wow in her face...must have done at least 6 surgeries to be in this show...she is not a natural beauty herself...an inspiration to follow her...thumps down this show...
