Bharat ki janta itni smart hai ki wo aankhe khol ke bhi so sakte hain. Aap beech me bhi questions puch sakte hain rok. Sakte hain tok sakte mujhe bilkul bura nahi lagega kyunki main shadi shuda hun. Kehne wala to kuch bhi bol ke, keh ke chalajayega us kehne wale ki baat sun ke kush rehna shant easy yahan se start hoti hai aadhyatmik journey. Kya aapka haath aapka sunta hai. Waise hi aapka man aapka sunta hai kya?? Types of fear 1. Instintitive fear like pain 2. Learned fear -> this is not real 3. Tought fear -> kisi se jyada baat nahi karna, police aajayegi Fear translate in to anxiety. Consequences that something bad will happen is anxiety. FEAR: False evidence appearing real Responses of fear 1. Freeze. Action to take a. Fight b. Flight 2. Fright: khayali pulav bana rahe / sirf soch rahe koi actions nahi le rahe ho Darkness doesn't exist its just lack of light. In the same way fear doesn't exist its just the lack of courage , lack of curiosity ,weak emotional health, true knowledge ki kami hai.
