When you go 2.2 for "gravel" you'll never want to go back 😂 the 40mm spectrum of gravel tires is like buying a liter bike to commute to work in 55mph speed zones, youre not racing anyone day to day and they're expensive! For the little comfort they provide 40mm for "race day" Everyday bike rides 2inch+ I just recently threw on a Teravail Sparwood on the rear 2.2 at 22psi and front a Rutland in 2.2 at 17psi both light and supple 👌👌

@faultlinegravel I've noticed any good XC setup also works very well for gravel. A rear Vittoria Mezcal and a front Barzo is another popular combo amongst XC and Gravel/adventure biking. The whole "you should just ride/buy a mtb' is retarded to me, if I WANTED to I would be buying and riding a mtb, I'm good with my dropbars 🤘🤘
