I got it on second run. Keep it up. And to be a true d&ck, I got it to roll 10% DTTOC. So my RNG was pretty tough that day.

Ran it twice for the first time yesterday got lucky and joined with some guys that was willing to help me get it because they all had it and no ouroboros 🤦🏾‍♂️

IMO, it’s the best weapon in the game. You can use it on any build. I’m having fun with it right now, leveling it up by just playing with it and I haven’t put it down since I got it a few days ago. St. Elmo’s is great, but it’s not the Ouroborus.
