I think they need to do Waaaayyyy more with modes than they are now. For example, the guards being able to tell if you are shouldering your weapon. Shoulder your weapon, you get a warning. Aim down sights and everyone around you ducks and they call a guard that gives you the choice to disarm... totally. lol But, if you walk around weapon lowered... all good. Maybe they ask you who you are there to see... ask to see your credentials and look at your history closer. That kind of thing would be EPIC.

There needs to be hit reg, combat helm or not. Its conveying information you get irl in a gamefied way because its unreasonable to have people recognize the movement caused by hits irl in a game even if you could program them in and forced reactions are awful.
