Hello, when I go swimming it gets tough for me to not pinch my nose while swimming so can I please get tutorial on how I’m supposed to swim without pinching my nose, By the way you guys are amazing swimmers.

The best way to get use to swimming without pinching your nose it to just practice over and over.

my tip is to slowly breathe out through your nose when in the water, try practicing that so no water gets in your nose i had the same issue not that long ago
