You couldn't mill The chimeratech by the effect of horizon, it say it must be a "cyber" fusion monster

@@arthurduarte2706 you are correct, with your first comment but the the protection is still valid on Eternity! I was being lazy and just sent the first fusion I saw but I should have been more careful in video. Eternity: "If you have a Machine Fusion Monster(s) in your GY, your opponent cannot target this card with card effects, also it cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects." Horizon: (cannot send Rampage like you mentioned) "... send 1 Machine "Cyber" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck to the GY. " Thanks for watching and helping out! I do make mistakes a lot and yugioh is pretty complex.

Another fun thing you can do going first with Nova is special summoning Herz from grave, then attaching with Infinity. That way your negate is also a search (grabbing core back from grave most likely)

There’s some pretty sweet tech with the Spright stuff going first. Can actually turbo out Winda believe it or not. Normal summon Core -> machine dupe -> nova Link off into almiraj with core Special summon core with nova first effect Link Core and Almiraj into Spright Elf, activate Elf effect to bring back Core a third time Rank up into Infinity Elf and Core xyz into Gigantic Activate Gigantic effect to special summon Gale Dogra from deck Activate Gale Dogra to send Apkallone to GY Activate Apkallone effect to search Schism Activate schism to banish gigantic and Apkallone on opp MP1 and summon Winda Infinity + Winda + whatever else. Also works with therion package
@nostalgicnighthawk
@nostalgicnighthawk 2 жыл бұрын
wait that nuttie... Especially going first thats a great board. Would you still need to run the spright monsters main board or just in the extra deck then the shadoll stuff in the main? It does seem it would take up that much space in the deck Edit: Wait can you activate the Schism? no right cuz its a trap?
@jesseberger6195
@jesseberger6195 2 жыл бұрын
@@nostalgicnighthawk yeah you just need to run 1 gale dogra and 1 schism in the main deck and 1 gigantic, 1 elf, 1 apkallone and 1 Winda in the extra deck. Schism activates in your opponents MP1

@@nostalgicnighthawk and that’s just the basic package… like I said you can also still run the therion package with it and that can add another omninegate. Optimal board is discolluseum, infinity, Winda, regulus, and Pleiades

At 14:43. Link core and cyber dragon to sprite elf. Overlay gigantic sprite. Special gale dogra. Gale sends apkallone get schism. Link gale and sprite to ip. Set schism next turn summon winda.

I'd recommend trying gizmek yata as it's a lv 5 you can special summon and it gives you a extra normal summon for something else (it's good with cyber dragon dri as when it's normal summoned it before lv 5 meaning you can make a infinity easy. If you start with let's say a lv 5 cyber dragon, gizmek and a cyber dragon core going second you can or first you can summon the core search for a repair plant or emergency then tribute the core to special summon the yata then repair plant or emergency the dri and go in to infinity

@@nostalgicnighthawk I use 3 in my cyberdark deck I don't play horn, edge or keel tho just chimera (you can horizon the chimera and a herz and get rid of the cyberdark to the gy then summon core and search cybernetic revolution for the cyber end then all you need is a chimera and a spell for the cyber dark end dragon :)

@@mecurseyoumimikyu4701 seems spicyy i sort of want to run the keep, horn, and edge just foir some nostalgia and the potential to still summon cyberdark dragon. Sucky thing about going first is that almost any hand trap will stun core, ash obviously but same with veiler and imperm. Since it effect activates once it’s summoned.

Cyber dragon Vier can block ash blossom due to chaining it, so ash can't negate it.

yuppp that is one good reason to run Vier but opening that with core isnt a super high probability. And Vier cant block things like Veiler or Imperm. Vier still a great card tho! I keep flip flopping if I want to run it or not.

Cara, tenho uma dúvida. O cyberdark realm te dá todo turno 1 invocação normal?
@nostalgicnighthawk
@nostalgicnighthawk 2 жыл бұрын
Hola, cyberdark realm gives you another normal summon of a cyberdark from your hand! You need to activate Realm's effect to do so, which can be negated or removed from the field. So you will basically get 2 normal summons, just one must be a cyberdark.

The problem with the Cyber Dragon deck is its players. There is no will to innovate and they (we) keep doing the same shit since so many years ago. There is not even Anaconda to help now. But SOME people are actually taking the strenghts of the deck and really empowering them. There is a famous Cyber Dragon go first deck for example in the CSM that is completely different from what a typical deck does. Infinity for example is bad. One negate does not do anything anymore and it's been like that since so long. What's the purpose of going so much neg for just a negate when a well set GY + horizon does the same thing? Most people do not even activate Nova effect before Infinity because probably they don't even know it exists! And the ones who know, they don't do it on purpose sometimes just to have a bit more attack on Infinity, as if it's going to actually endager the opponent game plan. I really feel that Cyber Dragon can be a very different beast than this old garbage that we keep eating, there is so much experimentation that could still be done, for example on cyberdark and their ratio, with a better purpose than just doing the silly Cyberdarkness Final Dragon. For example, do you know you can do Shenshen going first with cyberdark by adding a single soft garnet? And that's just a small thing that you can do with an engine that has the potential of foolish burial any card from deck or extra deck...

I appreciate the feedback. For this specific video some people wanted to see my deck and the plays that it can do going first. I don't believe I said my deck is the best and most optimal. I saw a video with Calieffect discussing the Shenshen but I opted to not add it. I am currently messing around with the branded engine since it looks fun and branded fusion is just nuttie. I do agree Infinity isnt good since a negate doesnt do much anymore. Some people in the comments discussed something with the shadolls and that seems spicy. I am slowly going to try some new things here and there. What exactly is the CSM, I am interested in that further. My fav Cyber Dragon Ytber is TeamSetPass. He is very knowledgeable and trys all different engines for cyber drag. Also just a note that most people who play yugioh arent looking to win a YCS. Some people just want to slap some cyber drags on the field or watch a video of someone discussing the archetype. Im not suggesting we should play with suboptimal decks however most people cant spend the time to brew up new builds and play test. I am looking to get better at the game but my main goal is to have some fun with cyber drags. Reason for these videos is there is limited content on people discussing cyber dragon cards and i love to make vids. I am willing to hear more spicy engines and competitive ideas. My knowledge of the game is limited but spending a Friday night looking up cards and decks is a fun vibe. long comment! Lol but hope you read it XD.

@@nostalgicnighthawk sure. I want to say: it was absolutely not a critic to you specifically, I think this video is more useful than others since it has a purpose (explaining to players who don't know), instead of just a same old same old deck profile. I just wanted to raise the topic to have a discussion since I know cyber dragon players are also very attached to the deck. I know the deck can't win a YCS but why not increasing the chances of winning *any* match? Plus, I just have fun experimenting and studying deckbuilding, so for me it's not a problem, but I can see that for many other players might not be the same. I just wish that more youtubers would say what really works and doesn't by testing for real, and it could be a starting point for future discussions and deck improvement, since compared to many other decks, there is still a lot of fans. One last thing, I suggest the MBT video on Cyberdragon Go First, it's inspired by the go first deck of the CSM so it's checking both at the same time basically

@@XCATX25 ok lol i tried to not take it as critical but it seemed that way. Def can agree that cyber drag plays have some tunnel vision. Going to watch MBTs vid now! If you do come across or have any other interesting engines and stuff I would enjoy hearing about it. My main way of playing is through master duel and the branded stuff just got released so I am hyped.
