search google. but if I may suggest. just be your beingness, awareness not identifying with body. automatically the survival program (feeling and belief) or what is called rubbish will weaken by itself, if it appears, just let it go, don't resist them, it will disappear.

@@Effort_Less_ Do a web search. They are in a workbook of the Release Technique by Larry Crane (a student of Lester). I liked the Sedona Method better.

⁠@@MrMoneyHelper yes in both. Love hearing you’ve tried both as well. Ironically I did Sedona for 4 years. Absolutely loved it, but am now using Larry’s. And using Hawkins consciousness scale to gauge the progress
