If you think this is impressive you’ll be blown away when you learn about the history of silk . . . If making millions/ billions on exploiting insects doesn’t do it for you oh do I have a great story about exploiting plants and a little flower called the opium poppy. This reality we call our world is built on exploitation, every part of human history includes exploitation.

Most unethical. The developing world is getting into BSF farming, without using vast amounts of energy like here. Centralised mass production also calls for more delivery miles. The whole industry will eventually fall into the hands of those who already own the fertiliser and animal feed cartels as the small local producers are priced out of the competition.
